Videos are such a great way to quickly inform, sell, and engage your audience because they are easy to digest. Typically no longer than 2 minutes, our videos combine stunning imagery with a call to action. They are perfect for businesses, non-profits, and artists but can be applied to other things as well. Our services first start with a conversation to discuss what you’re looking for.  After that, we figure out the details and discuss your budgetary needs. Then we get to work!

After the initial meeting is made it’s time to get the creative juices flowing! If you don’t already have an idea of what you want we can help come up with something that you’ll love. After one is chosen we’ll start scouting locations and find talent if needed.  Then, we set up a day (or days) to shoot and get a schedule put together. Once we know everyone’s availability we’ll plan all the shots for each day of shooting.  Everyone involved will get an agenda sent to them via email. If we’re doing interviews, a list of questions and suggestions on what to wear will also be sent out to the individuals on camera.
During the shoot
We arrive to the location an hour before shooting is scheduled to begin. Then we set up high definition cameras, lights, and all the other necessary equipment. Shooting starts promptly at the scheduled time and the agenda is followed. No need to worry about having to get things right the first time because multiple takes are taken and there will be a lot of editing. If we’re doing interviews, we often times start with some very easy questions to get people warmed up. The goal is to get people comfortable in front of the camera so they perform at their best. After the shoot all our gear is packed up and we head on out. Now time it’s time to make the magic happen!
Post production
Once everything is shot we save the footage to multiple locations so we have backup. Then we sift through all the video and find the best clips. Once that is done we start to put the piece together so that it tells a story. Then, we add music to enhance the emotion and feel of the piece. After that, more footage is added to create something eye-catching and grabs the viewer’s attention. Then color correction, titles, effects, and motion graphics. The last piece of the puzzle is creating a digital file to be sent to you for review. Most files are digitally sent to a location that’s convenient for you, such as Dropbox. DVD copies can be made as well at an extra fee.

Why are videos so short?
We like to keep videos under 2 minutes simply because people have short attention spans. There’s already a barrage of information out there on the internet, YouTube, and social media and to compete, visuals have to be quick, easy, and to the point. Studies show people are more likely to watch a video if it’s less than 2 minutes so that’s why we like to keep them short and sweet!
What if I have an idea for a type of video that’s not on your list?
We welcome all people to contact us with any type of request. Just because it’s not listed here does not mean we don’t provide that service. What’s listed is a general roster for the types of things we usually work on but other things can be accommodated.
Can we make a video longer than 2 minutes?
Yes! If you don’t feel you can sufficiently get your message across in that amount of time we can always extend it. Depending on your audience you may want a lengthier video.  We can make it as long as you want but after the 10 minute mark I’d say you’re venturing over into film category.
